Pat Sosa VerDuin is a mentor, coach, and advocate committed to creating spaces where Latinas can step into their power. Pat’s journey is one of resilience, transformation, and unwavering commitment to elevating Latinas into leadership.
The daughter of Mexican-American migrant workers, she was taught that success meant blending in—but over time, she discovered that true leadership comes from embracing who you are and creating space for others to rise. Her own experiences of navigating identity, opportunity, and belonging shaped her passion for coaching and advocacy.
